Ho comprato l'apparecchio l'anno scorso, messo via in inverno e ora ho rimesso l"acqua, si accende borbotta ma non parte la ventilazione, cosa fare?

I’ve used this air cooler for a few days but the water is no longer being picked up for the dehumidifier function. The red light is flashing even though the water level is on max. I have switched off on the mains, drained the water and also moved the cooler so that the water moved a little xx Does anyone have any other suggestions to try before I return the cooler?
