Mangová zmrzlina
Prísady
200 g dužiny manga
200 ml/200 g plnotučného mlieka
200 ml/200 g smotany
100 g práškového cukru
Príprava
1) Dužinu manga vymixujte na pyré.
2) Vyšľahajte smotanu tak, aby bola trochu tuhšia.
3) Zmiešajte pyré z manga so smotanou, mliekom
a práškovým cukrom.
4) Takto zmes nechajte vychladiť v chladničke
na cca 4 hodiny.
Teraz zo zmrzlinovej zmesi môžete pripraviť zmrzli-
nu, tak ako je opísané v návode.
Oriešková zmrzlina
Prísady
100 g orieškov
250 ml/250 g plnotučného mlieka
200 ml/200 g smotany
200 g práškového cukru
1 balíček vanilkového cukru
1 žĺtok
Príprava
1) Nasekajte oriešky nadrobno.
2) Vyšľahajte žĺtky vajíčok s vanilkovým cukrom a
práškovým cukrom dovtedy, kým získate svetlú
hmotu.
3) Vyšľahajte smotanu tak, aby bola trochu tuhšia.
4) Zmiešajte mlieko a smotanu s hmotou.
5) Takúto zmes nechajte v chladničke vychladnúť
na cca 4 hodiny.
6) Po vychladení dajte zmes do prístroja tak, ako
je opísané v kapitole „Výroba zmrzliny“.
7) Počkajte cca 5 minút a následne pridajte
nadrobno nasekané oriešky, bez toho, že by
ste vypli prístroj.
8) Vyčkajte, dokiaľ zmrzlina nie je hotová.
Sorbet z kiwi
Prísady
cca 5 kiwi (cca 390 g dužiny plodov)
1 limetka
100 g cukru
Príprava
1) Ošúpte kivi a odstráňte pritom základ stopky.
2) Nakrájajte dužinu plodov na malé kocky.
3) Pokvapkajte dužinu plodov šťavou vytlačenou
z limetky.
4) Vložte dužinu plodov na 1 hodinu do mraz-
ničky.
5) Prevarte cukor so 100 ml vody dovtedy, kým
vznikne sirup. Sirup nechajte následne vychlad-
núť.
6) Vymixujte dužinu plodov na pyré spolu so siru-
pom v mixéri alebo pomocou tyčového mixéra.
Teraz môžete zo zmesi pripraviť sorbet, tak ako je
opísané v návode.
