Čokoládový krém
Pre 4 osoby
Suroviny
350 g šľahačky
200 g horkej čokolády (> 60 % obsah kakaa)
½ vanilkového struku (dreň)
Príprava
1) Smotanu necháme zovrieť, čokoládu rozlámeme na kúsky a necháme v nej
pri nízkej teplote pomaly roztopiť. Vyškriabeme dreň z polovice struku vanilky
a vmiešame.
2) V chladničke úplne vychladíme a necháme stuhnúť.
3) Pred servírovaním vyšľaháme metličkou do krémova.
Rada: K tomu dobre chutí čerstvé ovocie.
Majonéza
Suroviny
200 ml neutrálneho rastlinného oleja (napr. repkový)
1 vajce (žĺtok a bielok)
10 g jemného octu alebo citrónovej šťavy
soľ a korenie podľa chuti
Príprava
1) Vajce a citrónovú šťavu dáme do nádoby na mixovanie, metličku držíme
v nádobe zvislo a stlačíme tlačidlo Turbo .
2) Pomaly pridávame olej rovnomerne tenkým prúdom (v priebehu asi
1minúty), aby sa dobre spojil s ostatnými surovinami.
3) Nakoniec pridáme soľ a korenie podľa chuti.
