I had problems with the outside push button where it has been seeping rain water in. I tried to take the casing off but in doing so I have broken it. After synchronosisation the bell works but the blue light flashes permanently . Is this correct.? If not correct, how to resolve the problem? Submitted on 22-10-2020 at 18:04

Doorbell stopped working. I replaced the batteries in both chime unit and transmitter. The two are not now connecting. Chime unit working fine but not picking up transmission from doorbell button. Any help appreciated before new baby arrives!! Submitted on 24-1-2018 at 21:42
