Burger mit Cheese und Bacon (2 Personen)
Zutaten:
250 g Rinderhack
Speisesalz
Pfeffer, frisch gemahlen (je nach Belieben)
2 Hamburger-Brötchen
2 Scheiben Käse (z. B. Chester)
Zutaten je nach Geschmack:
4 Scheiben Bacon
2 Blätter frischen Salat
4 frische Scheiben Tomate
einige Scheiben Gewürzgurke
Tomatenketchup
Barbecue-Sauce
Zubereitung:
1. Das Rinderhack würzen, sehr gut durchkneten und 2 flache, runde Scheiben gemäß der Größe
der Hamburger-Brötchen formen.
2. Kontaktgrill vorheizen (Thermostat (9) auf Stellung „MAX“). Die Baconscheiben im
aufgeheizten Kontaktgrill knusprig braten - Betriebsart: Überbacken (Abbildung C).
4. Die Baconscheiben aus dem Kontaktgrill nehmen und beiseite stellen.
5. Die Hamburger (Rinderhack) in den leicht gefetteten Kontaktgrill geben. - Betriebsart:
Beidseitiges Grillen (Abbildung A) - Grillzeit: ca. 5 - 8 Minuten, je nach Dicke und Größe der
Hamburger (Rinderhack).
6. Die Hamburger (Rinderhack) aus dem Kontaktgrill nehmen und beiseite stellen.
7. Drehen Sie den Thermostat (9) auf die Stellung „II“ zurück.
8. Die aufgeschnittenen Hamburger-Brötchen auf den Kontaktgrill legen, die Unterhälften mit den
Hamburgern (Rinderhack) und je einer Scheibe Käse belegen. - Betriebsart: Überbacken
(Abbildung C) - Grillzeit: ca. 2 - 3 Minuten, bis der Käse schmilzt.
9. Nach Geschmack die Burger mit Bacon, Ketchup, Barbecue-Sauce, Gewürzgurken- und
Tomatenscheiben belegen, die Brötchen-Oberhälften darauf legen.
