In het TIME menu ziet u de actuele tijd
en kunt u de daten van de 3 traingzonen en
de totale trainingstijd oproepen.
Ook biedt dit menu de functies Wekker.
De TOTAL TIME/TIME geeft de doorlopende
trainingstijd, als de T-Manager is geactiveerd.
Hiermee kunnen de totaaltijden van de trainingen
over langere tijd worden opgeslagen.
(weken/maanden).
U kunt zelf beslissen wanneer u daten wilt
terugstellen (RESET functie).
Toets ENTER om in het TIME menu
te komen.
De
CLOCK
toont u Datum en Tijd.
De
HEALTH-Z
aanduiding geeft aan, hoeveel
tijd u in het pulsbereik van deze zone heeft
getraind. (in min, uren en % van de totale
trainingstijd).
De
FITNESS-Z
aanduiding geeft aan, hoeveel
tijd u in het pulsbereik van deze zone heeft
getraind. (in min, uren en % van de totale
trainingstijd).
De
POWER-Z
aanduiding geeft aan, hoeveel
tijd u in het pulsbereik van deze zone heeft
getraind. (in min, uren en % van de totale
trainingstijd).
