after a long period not used I started up my bc 7.16 but the screen did'nt have the initial start screen but one with all the different items(speed etc) I can't rest or change anything? is a factory reset possible?

According to the manual of the BC 7.16 there should be a "set"button on the back. On mine there isn't how do I start the installation then
