INFORMACIÓN ACERCA DEL NIVEL DE POTENCIA
Potencia del 100%-70%:
La alta potencia es perfecta para calentar o regenerar alimentos. Podrá utilizarla también para hervir alimentos
y luego seguir cocinando con menos potencia (arroz o fideos por ejemplo).
Potencia del 60%-40%:
Para tiempos de cocción prolongados y alimentos tipo compacto.
Potencia del 30%-20%:
Para un cocinado considerado y menús delicados. También para cocer a fuego lento o para fideos o arroz.
Potencia del 10%:
El nivel de baja potencia se emplea principalmente para descongelar. También podrá utilizarlo para cocinar
menús delicados tales como salsas con queso.
Básicamente se recomienda cubrir los alimentos para cocinarlos o recalentarlos. Además podrá rociar con un
poco de agua los alimentos (también podrá utilizar agua salada o incluso caldo).
El vapor del agua mantiene húmedos los alimentos y ayuda a cocinar de forma más rápida.
