Kipfilet met aardappelpartjes en een groentemedley (St-42)
[Gerei] 2 Stoomschalen, Glazen schaal
[Voorbereiding]
1. Bestrijk de kip met de kruiden en doe de kipfilets in de stoomschaal. Zet de glazen schaal op de onderste
positie (positie 2).
2. Doe de aardappelpartjes in een enkele laag in de tweede stoomschaal. Meng de andere groentes samen en
leg deze op het overgebleven gedeelte van de stoomschaal. Zet de stoomschaal in de bovenste positie (positie
3) en kook samen met STOOM MENU’S
St-42.
3. Bestrooi de gemengde groentes na het koken met de fijngehakte peterselie.
Basilicum kipkebabs met zongedroogde-tomatenrijst (St-42 en druk op de MINDER
-toets)
[Gerei] Houten spiesen
Platte ronde Pyrex schaal (22 cm diameter) voor 4 porties (Het serviesgoed aanpassen voor de andere porties)
2 Stoomschalen, Glazen schaal
[Voorbereiding]
1. Rol elk kipfiletblok in een basilicumblad en rijg de kip en groentes afwisselend op de houten spiesen.
2. Meng de olie met de kruiden en bestrijk de spiesen. Laat 1 uur in de koelkast marineren. Doe de kebabs in
de stoomschaal op de glazen schaal en zet ze in de laagste positie (positie 2).
3. Doe de bruine rijst en zongedroogde tomaten in de platte Pyrex schaal.
4. Giet het hete water over de rijst en roer goed.
5. Doe de schaal direct in de stoomschaal en zet het de schaal op de bovenste positie (positie 3).
6. Kook samen met STOOM MENU'S
St-42 door op de MINDER -toets te drukken.
