Doorsnede van de panbodem

* Aluminium bekleed met email aan de buitenkant en anti-aanbaklaag aan de binnenkant.

Technische informatie

Maximale bedrijfsdruk: 55 kPa.

Maximale veiligheidsdruk: 100 kPa.

Geschikte warmtebronnen

■ De roestvrijstalen modellen kunnen worden gebruikt op

alle warmtebronnen, ook inductie.

■ De modellen Decor zijn geschikt voor alle warmtebronnen.

■ De aluminium modellen zijn bestemd voor gebruik op gas.

■ Gebruik bij elektrische kookplaten een plaat met een doorsnede die even groot of

kleiner is dan die van de panbodem.

■

Controleer bij vitroceramische kookplaten of de bodem van de pan goed schoon en glad is.

■ Bij gas mag de vlam niet buiten de doorsnede van de panbodem komen.

Wend u voor vervanging van andere onderdelen of voor reparatie tot de SEB klantenservice.

Any one can help with translation on how to use it for cooking. Like how to close properly the lid as well as the pressure knob. How to release the steam and when to open the lid after cooking.
