Anomalías y soluciones
Puede suceder que la encimera no funcione o no funcione bien. Antes de llamar al servicio de asistencia técnica,
veamos qué se puede hacer. Antes que nada verifique que no hayan interrupciones en las redes de alimentación
de gas y eléctrica, y en particular, que las llaves de gas, aguas arriba del aparato, estén abiertas.
Posibles causas / Solución:
• Los orificios de salida de gas del quemador están
obstruidos.
• Se han colocado correctamente todas las partes
móviles que componen el quemador.
• Hay corriente de aire en las cercanías de la
encimera.
• No ha presionado a fondo el mando.
• No ha mantenido presionado a fondo el mando por
un tiempo suficiente como para activar el
dispositivo de seguridad.
• Están obstruidos los orificios de salida del gas a la
altura del dispositivo de seguridad.
• Están obstruidos los orificios de salida del gas.
• Hay corriente de aire en las cercanías de la
encimera.
• La regulación del mínimo no es correcta.
• El fondo del recipiente es perfectamente plano.
• El recipiente está centrado en el quemador o en la
placa eléctrica.
• Las parrillas fueron invertidas.
Anomalías
El quemador no se enciende o la llama no es
uniforme.
La llama no permanece encendida en los
modelos con seguridad.
El quemador en posición de mínimo no
permanece encendido.
Los recipientes no permanecen estables.
Si aún cuando se han realizado todos los controles, la encimera no funciona y el inconveniente detectado
persiste, llame al Centro de Asistencia Técnica. Comunique:
• el modelo de la máquina (Mod.)
• el número de serie (S/N)
Esta información se encuentra en la placa de características ubicada en el aparato y/o en el embalaje.
! No recurra nunca a técnicos no autorizados y rechace siempre la instalación de repuestos no originales.
