Si la machine ou le dispositif de sécurité ne fonctionne pas correctement, arrêtez
immédiatement tout travail avec la scie. N’entreprenez pas vos propres tentatives de
réparation. Faites réparer la machine uniquement par un spécialiste qualifié ou contactez le
service clientèle de Westfalia.
Ne retirez aucun débris de coupe ou autre pièce de la zone de coupe tant que la machine est
en marche et que la scie n’est pas encore en position de repos.
Assurez-vous que la machine est toujours attachée à un établi ou à une table, si possible.
Toujours prendre en charge les pièces longues avec un support de matériau supplémentaire,
par ex. un bloc de rouleau
Vérifiez la pièce pour les clous, les vis ou tout autre objet étranger avant de couper.
Raccomandazioni specifiche per seghe circolare a banco:
Controllare prima di ogni utilizzo della sega la lama. Una lama deformata o spaccata non
deve più essere utilizzata. Sostituire la lama con una lama conforme alla norma europea EN
847-1. La lama deve essere conforme alle specifiche delle nostre caratteristiche tecniche.
Lame in acciaio super rapido (HSS) non possono essere utilizzate.
Non lasciare il banco della sega prima che si fermi completamente.
Assicurarsi che tutte le parti siano ben montate e funzioni regolarmente. In particolare, la
cappa di protezione (H) deve poter muoversi liberamente. La cappa non deve mai essere
incastrata quando è aperta.
Non mettere mai le mani nell'area di taglio durante il lavoro.
Se un pezzo del banco viene danneggiato, deve essere sostituito.
Indossare nel maneggiare lame e materiali ruvidi dei guanti protettivi. Veuillez noter

I pezzi lunghi devono essere ulteriormente sostenuti al momento del taglio. L’ideale è un
cavalletto roteante.
Portare il pezzo alla lama solo quando la lama è in movimento, al fine di evitare il rischio di
un contraccolpo.
Assicurarsi che la superficie di taglio della sega sia libera e che nessun attrezzo di
regolazione o piccoli pezzi da lavorare si trovino nelle vicinanze. I piccoli pezzi di legno da
lavorare e gli attrezzi di regolazione possono essere scagliati dalla lama rotante in maniera
incontrollata e provocare lesioni.
Tagliare solo un pezzo alla volta.
Non toccare la lama dopo l'uso. La lama diventa molto calda durante il funzionamento.
