Was schließt die Garantie aus:

Beschädigungen, die durch einen Transportschaden

herbeigeführt wurden.

Defekte, die durch einen Unfall, Fehlbedienung,

normale Abnutzung, Gewalteinwirkung, Über- oder

Unterspannung, Blitzschlag, Überladen etc. entstanden

sind.

Defekte, die von durch unsachgemäßer Bedienung

oder durch Modifikationen von nicht autorisierten

Ersatzteilen herbeigeführt worden sind.

So verhalten Sie sich in einem Garantiefall

richtig:

Melden Sie die Reklamation bei Ihrem Händler an.

Bringen Sie dazu das Produkt und den Kaufbeleg mit.

Aus der Kaufquittung muss das Kaufdatum, Produkt,

Ort den Kauf und der Preis ersichtlich sein.

Ohne Kaufbeleg / oder -quittung können keine

Garantiearbeiten durchgeführt werden. Ihr Händler

repariert oder ersetzt die defekten Teile.

Transportkosten fallen nicht unter die Garantie.
