8 Extra uitleg over tafels of verkopers door elkaar

Tafels

Wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van tafels moet u de volgende systeemoptie programmeren:

Systeemoptie 26 ‘Tafels of verkopers door elkaar’ = 0

Stel dat u standaard de klantenbon heeft uitgeschakeld (zie hoofdstuk 3.3), dan moet u de status van de toets

[NOTA] wijzigen. In hoofdstuk 6.5.1 staat uitgelegd hoe u de status van een toets kunt wijzigen en welke opties u

kunt programmeren. De instelling ‘Print automatisch een nota’ moet de waarde ‘1’ krijgen.

Wanneer er tafels niet afgerekend zijn aan het einde van de avond, en u print een Financieel Rapport, dan wordt

de tekst OPEN geprint met daarachter een bedrag. U kunt dan een Openstaand Tafel Rapport (in sleutelstand X)

printen om te zien welke tafels nog openstaan. Na het printen van het rapport kunt u de sleutel terugdraaien naar

sleutelstand REG en eventueel nota’s printen van de openstaande tafels en deze daarna afrekenen (of gelijk

afrekenen).

Verkopers door elkaar

Wanneer u gebruik maakt van verkopers door elkaar moet u de volgende systeemopties programmeren:

Systeemoptie 2 ‘Verkoper aanmelden’ =1

Systeemoptie 26 ‘Tafels of verkopers door elkaar’ =1

In hoofdstuk 6.6 programmeert u de codes waarmee de verkoper zich moet aanmelden.

Het registreren (voorbeeld) gaat als volgt:

Wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van verkopers door elkaar is het niet mogelijk om gebruik te maken van

tafel, en wanneer u gebruik maakt van tafels is het niet mogelijk om gebruik te maken van verkopers door

ellkaar.
