Problemen oplossen
Als u een abnormale situatie met de koelkast ondervindt, neem dan eerst de volgende tabel door en
probeer de suggesties daarin om het probleem op te lossen.

Werkt of koelt niet.
• Controleer of het netsnoer goed is aangesloten.
• Controleer of de temperatuurregelaar correct is ingesteld.
• Zorg ervoor dat u de koelkast uit de buurt van direct zonlicht of een
warmtebron houdt. Als u dat nalaat, kan dat van invloed zijn op de
koelprestaties.
• Zorg ervoor dat de koelkast voldoende ruimte heeft tot de achter- en
zijwanden of de kast. Als u dat nalaat, kan dat van invloed zijn op de
koelprestaties.
• Te veel voedsel kan de ventilatie van de koelkast te blokkeren. Als u wilt
dat de koelkast normaal blijft werken, doe er dan niet te veel voedsel in.
Het voedsel in de
koelkast bevriest.
• Controleer of de temperatuurregelaar is ingesteld op de laagste
temperatuur. Als dat het geval is, verhoog deze dan of stel de optimale
temperatuur in.
• Dit gebeurt als de omgevingstemperatuur te laag is. Stel de temperatuur
hoger in.
• Controleer of etenswaren met een hoog watergehalte zich in het
koudste deel van de koelkast of bij de koelopening bevinden. Verplaats
de etenswaren in dat geval dan naar andere leggers in de koelkast.
Maakt geluid.
• Zorg dat de koelkast op een vlak, stabiel oppervlak staat.
• Zorg ervoor dat de koelkast voldoende ruimte heeft tot de achter- en
zijwanden of de kast.
• Zorg dat er geen onzuiverheden of vreemde objecten in of onder de
koelkast kunnen komen.
• U kunt een tikkend geluid in de koelkast horen. Dit komt doordat
diverse verwijderbare onderdelen samentrekken of uitzetten. Dit is
geen defect aan het systeem.
De hoeken aan de
voorzijde en zijkanten
worden warm en
er is sprake van
condensvorming.
• De koelkast heeft warmtebestendige leidingen in de hoeken
aan de voorzijde om condensvorming te voorkomen. Als de
omgevingstemperatuur stijgt, werkt deze apparatuur mogelijk niet
goed. Dit is geen defect aan het systeem.
• Er kan condens op de buitenkant van de koelkast ontstaan wanneer
vochtige lucht in aanraking komt met het koele oppervlak van de
koelkast.
De ijsblokjesmaker maakt
geen ijsblokjes.
• U moet 12 uur wachten voordat de koelkast ijsblokjes maakt.
• Controleer of de ijsblokjesmaker niet gestopt is tijdens het maken van
ijsblokjes.
• Zorg dat de vriezer op een temperatuur onder 0 °C wordt ingesteld (of
-5 °C in een warme omgeving).
• Controleer of de watertank gevuld is met water.
