The Heston Blumenthal Precision range of thermometers by Salter represent the epitome of precision and accuracy,

Most oven temperatures vary from top to bottom and side to side. For best results use an oven thermometer next to
the food to ensure proper baking/roasting temperatures.
How To Use
1. Stand or hang the thermometer inside the oven in a visible area.
2. Preheat oven thoroughly.
3. Avoid frequently opening the oven door.
4. Always wear a heat resistant glove when touching the thermometer during and after use. Do not use a wet or
damp cloth. DO NOT TOUCH WITHBARE HANDS!
Warning
Prolonged use of this thermometer over 225°C (440°F) may cause discolouration of the silicone and could lead to
possible hardening or cracking over temperatures of 250°C (486°F).The thermometer will still function normally.
We recommend removing the thermometer if the oven is used at these temperatures.
