2. Het product werkt niet

 Controleer of de stekker volledig is aangesloten op de DC-aansluiting van uw TV.

 Controleer of de stroomvoorziening stabiel is.

3. Geen verbinding met het netwerk

 Zorg ervoor dat de netwerkkabel goed is aangesloten en internet goed werkt.

 Zorg dat Wi-Fi-netwerk is aangesloten en de beveiligingssleutel voor het versleutelde

netwerk correct is.

 Zorg ervoor dat u het juiste IP-adres selecteert.

4. Sommige HDTV's kunnen niet het hele beeld weergeven

 Stel de schermverhouding op uw HDTV als automatisch in.

 Gaat u naar Menu op uw HDTV> scherm> Selecteer met de pijl knoppen het type

verhouding> Kies automatisch het volledige scherm weergeven.



5. De afstandsbediening werkt niet

 Controleer of de batterijen goed zijn en deze correct zijn geplaatst in de

afstandsbediening.

 Zorg dat er geen objecten het pad tussen de afstandsbediening en het signaal sensor

gebied op het product blokkeren.

 Controleer de afstand tussen de afstandsbediening en het product, dit mag niet meer

dan 5 meter zijn.

 Controleer de batterijen en vervang deze als deze leeg.

6. Geen beeld of geluid

 Controleer of de Audio / Video-uitgang verbinding van het product naar de

TV correct is.

 Druk op de MUTE knop en zet TV aan.
