Problemen oplossen

Met deze informatie kunt u snel problemen verhelpen. Neem contact op met uw

serviceverlener wanneer u het probleem niet zelf kunt oplossen.

1 Er is geen beeld op TV

• Controleer eerst of het product is ingeschakeld en of het niet in stand-by

stand is.

• Controleer de videokabel aansluiting tussen TV en SAB Android I HD.

• Controleer of de satelliet kabel correct is aangesloten op SAB Android I HD.

• Controleer of het geselecteerde kanaal momenteel uitzendt.

• Controleer of het geselecteerde kanaal is versleuteld en of u een

overeenkomstige smartcard heeft.

2 Probleem met audio kwaliteit

• Controleer of uw audiokabel correct is aangesloten.

• Controleer het geluidsvolume van uw TV en SAB Android I HD.

• Controleer of het geluid van uw TV of SAB Android I HD is gedempt.

• Controleer de audio-optie of het goed is ingesteld voor het programma dat u

momenteel bekijkt.

3 Slechte audio-en beeldkwaliteit

• Als de antenne is bedekt met sneeuw of het signaal wordt verzwakt door

zware regenval, kan de kwaliteit van audio en beeld tijdelijk verslechteren.

Indien door de slechte weersomstandigheden de kwaliteit van de audio- en

beeld verslechtert, controleer dan of uw schotelantenne is georiënteerd in de

oorspronkelijke richting. En kijk of het mogelijk is bedekt met sneeuw.

Controleer ook of uw LNB niet is beschadigd.

4 De afstandsbediening werkt niet goed

• Controleer of de batterij leeg is en of deze goed is geplaatst.

• Richt de afstandsbediening op uw SAB Android I HD.

• Zorg ervoor dat niets het voorpaneel blokkeert.

5 Kanaal zoeken probleem

• Zorg ervoor dat de tunerconfiguraties allemaal correct zijn.

• Controleer de antenne kabel aansluiting.

6 Problemen met gecodeerde kanalen

• Controleer of u over de juiste smartcard beschikt.

• Neem de smartcard en CAM uit en plaats ze opnieuw om te initialiseren.

• Controleer of uw systeem de smartcard en CAM correct detecteert.

7 Opname probleem

• Controleer of de harde schijf voldoende ruimte heeft voor het opnemen.

• Controleer of er een conflict is tussen de twee opnames.
