Wij hebben voor onze klanten een HOTLINE ingericht, om u bij eventuele
problemen te helpen. De meeste vragen en problemen worden echter
reeds in deze gebruiksaanwijzing beantwoord. Wij adviseren u, zich met
de bediening van de easytip bekend te maken en deze gebruiksaanwijzing
zorgvuldig te lezen, alvorens u de HOTLINE opbelt.
Uw vraag kan mogelijkerwijze in de volgende passage „Bewerking van
problemen“ reeds worden beantwoord.
OPMERKING!
Alvorens u de HOTLINE opbelt, noteert u zich de benaming van de origi-
nele afstandsbediening(en) en van het/de toestel(len).
Bewerking van problemen
• Lichtdiode brandt niet!
Controlert u of u de batterijen correct heeft ingelegd.
Controleert u of de batterijen leeg zijn en vervangt u ze zo nodig.
• Mijn toestelmerk staat niet in de codelijst!
Voert u de automatische codezoekfunctie uit.
• Ik heb een code voor mijn toestel gevonden, sommige funkties (zoals
b.v.: teletekst of AV-toets) werken echter niet foutloos!
U heeft een code gevonden die enkel gedeeltelijk met uw toestel com-
patibel is. Herhaalt u het proces met de volgende code uit de lijst.
• Ik heb alle codes van het desbetreffende merk ingevoerd en desondanks
werken geen resp. enkel weinige toetsen!
Voert u de automatische codezoekfunctie uit.
• Ik heb geprobeerd de automatische codezoekfunktie uit te voeren, mijn
toestel reageert echter niet!
De automatische codezoekfunktie doorzoekt alle codes en duurt op ieder
niveau ongeveer 8 minuten.
Voert u de automatische codezoekfunctie ten minste 8 minuten lang uit.
• Ik heb de automatische codezoekfunktie ten minste 8 minuten lang uit-
gevoerd en mijn easytip vindt geen resp. geen bevredigende code!
De afstandsbediening is met uw toestel mogelijkerwijze niet compatibel
of uw toestel is te oud en wordt niet meer ondersteunt.
Indien u dit vermoed, belt u alstublieft onze HOTLINE op.
