33 Helaas duurt niets eeuwig en er komt een dag dat uw apparaat het einde van zijn levensduur

bereikt.

34 Het apparaat bevat een accu, die uit het apparaat moet worden gehaald en gerecycled, of

worden geëlimineerd op een milieuvriendelijke manier.

35 Uw lokale autoriteiten kunnen u informatie geven over een centrum waar dergelijk afval

wordt ingezameld om gerecycled te worden.

36 Om de batterij te verwijderen (zie achterpagina):

1 Haal het apparaat uit elkaar.

2 Schroef de 4 schroeven los die de motoreenheid bijeen houden en open de behuizing.

3 Trek de batterij uit de houder.

4 Knip de rode draad boven op de batterij zo dicht mogelijk bij de batterij door.

5 Knip de zwarte draad onder op de batterij zo dicht mogelijk bij de batterij door.

6 Bescherm het blote uiteinde van elke draad met tape, zodat ze elkaar of iets anders niet

kunnen raken.

MILIEUBESCHERMING

Om milieu- en gezondheidsproblemen als gevolg van gevaarlijke stoﬀen in elektrische en

elektronische producten te vermijden, mogen apparaten met dit symbool niet worden

weggegooid met niet-gesorteerd gemeentelijk afval, maar moeten ze worden teruggewonnen,

opnieuw gebruikt of gerecycled.
