2 geräucherte Makrelenﬁlets

3 Scheiben Vollkornbrot

4 Cherrytomaten, halbiert

1 h Brunnenkresse

Dressing

2 T Crème fraîche

½ t geriebene Zitronenschale

½ t Zitronensaft

1 t schwarzer Pfeﬀer

Rühren Sie das Dressing in einer Schüssel an. Stellen Sie es 2 Stunden kalt. Verteilen Sie kleine

Stücke der Makrele auf einer Scheibe Brot, geben Sie Tomaten und Brunnenkresse dazu und

legen Sie die zweite Scheibe Brot darauf. Grillen Sie diese 2-3 Minuten lang. Träufeln Sie das

Dressing darüber.
