t = čajna žličica (5 ml) g = grami

tijesto za picu (kuka za tijesto) za dvije velike pice

250 m vode

400 g običnog brašna

1½ T maslinovog ulja

2½ t suhog kvasca

½ t šećera

1 t soli

Stavite brašno u posudu. Miješajte preostale sastojke u vrču. Odaberite brzinu 1. Postupno

dodajte tekućinu. Odaberite brzinu 2. Mijesite 2 minuta. Izvadite tijesto. Podijelite tijesto na dva

dijela. Stavite tijesto na pobrašnjenu površinu i razvaljajte ga u krugove. Stavite krugove tijesta

na neprijanjajući pladanj za pečenje. Na krugove premažite umak od rajčica i dodajte nadjev.

Pecite ih 15-20 minuta u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 190°C. Površina treba da dobije

zlatno-smeđu boju.
