13 FAQ/Fehlerbehebung
Bevor du die GPS-Uhr reklamierst, überprüfe bitte ob der Akku aufgeladen
ist und lade diesen gegebenenfalls auf. Überprüfe ebenfalls die Batterie des
Brustgurtes und tausche diese gegebenenfalls aus.
Ich möchte mit dem Training beginnen, warum zeigt die GPS-Uhr die
Geschwindigkeit nicht an?
Wichtig für einen raschen GPS-Empfang ist, dass die Uhr ruhig liegt und nicht
in Bewegung ist. Lege deine GPS-Uhr bereits bevor du dein Lauftraining bzw.
deine Fahrt startest in offenes Gelände mit freier Sicht zum Himmel (z.B. auf
das Fensterbrett oder das Autodach) und starte die Suche nach Satelliten.
Beachte des Weiteren Punkt 5 „Allgemeines zum GPS-Empfang“ in der
Bedienungsanleitung.
Was bedeutet die Anzeige „GPS lost?“
Die Anzeige „GPS lost“ am Display der GPS-Uhr bedeutet, dass diese kein
GPS-Signal empfangen oder sämtliche Satellitensignale verloren hat. Siehe
dazu Punkt 6.3.3 „Training“ in der Bedienungsanleitung.
Warum kann ich am Display nichts sehen?
Warum funktioniert das Displaylicht nicht?
Überprüfe bitte ob der Akku aufgeladen ist und lade diesen gegebenenfalls
auf. Sollte trotzdem keine Anzeige im Display zu sehen sein, bitte
Serviceadresse kontaktieren.
Warum ist das Display schwarz, die Anzeigen sind nicht ablesbar?
Dies wird durch zu lange direkte Sonneneinstrahlung oder zu hohe
Umgebungstemperatur verursacht. Lass die GPS-Uhr abkühlen, danach wird
das Display wieder ablesbar.
