12 • Jednostavno uklanjanje
kamenca iz generatora pare
Zbog dužeg radnog veka generatora
pare i izbegavanja izbacivanja kamenca,
on poseduje integrisani kolektor
kamenca. Nalazi u rezervoaru i
automatski skuplja kamenac koji se
stvara u unutrašnjosti.
Princip funkcionisanja :
Narandžasti indikator „Calc-Away
System“ treperi- slika 13 na komandnoj
tabli i ukazuje da treba oWistiti rezervoar.
Kada se generator pare potpuno ohladi,
skinite poklopac kolektora kamenca -
slika 14.
Potpuno odšrafite kolektor i izvucite ga iz
ležišta. On sadrži akumulirani kamenac iz
bojlera - slika 15.
Da biste dobro oWistili kolektor, dovoljno
ga je isprati pod mlazom vode i ukloniti
kamenac koji se u njemu nalazi - slika 16.
Vratite kolektor u ležište tako što Uete ga
zašrafiti do kraja da biste osigurali
nepropusnost - slika 17.
Vratite poklopac kolektora na mesto -
slika 18.
PAŽNJA! Ovaj postupak se ne sme
primenjivati ukoliko generator pare
nije iskljuWen iz struje duže od dva
sata i nije potpuno hladan.
Da biste obavili ovaj postupak,
generator pare mora biti blizu
slivnika zato što prilikom otvaranja
može curiti voda.
Nemojte koristiti proizvode za
uklanjanje kamenca (sirUe,
industrijski proizvodi…) prilikom
ispiranja rezervoara : oni bi mogli da
ga oštete.
Pre pražnjenja generatora pare,
neophodno je da se on dobro ohladi
(2 sata), da bi se izbegao svaki rizik
od opekotina.
Pre narednog korišUenja, pritisnite
dugme „Restart“ koje se nalazi na
komandnoj tabli da biste iskljuWili
narandžasti indikator „Calc-Away
System“.
