Aprite l’apparecchio e ungete leggermente le due piastre con un pennello. Poiché le superfici di
cottura sono rivestite di un materiale antiaderente, è di regola superfluo ripetere la procedura.
Chiudete ora l’apparecchio.
Girate il termostato in senso orario sulla posizione intermedia. Quando la temperatura
desiderata è stata raggiunta, il colore della spia cambia dal rosso al verde. L’apparecchio è
pronto.
2. Travasare l‘impasto
Travate ora la pastella nel centro della piastra inferiore. Faccia attenzione alla giusta dose:
l’impasto eccessivo fuoriesce e sporca l’apparecchio.
Chiudete l’apparecchio premendo leggermente sulla maniglia. Continuate a premere sul
coperchio finché il vapore diminuisce per favorire una cottura uniforme.
3. Cuocere
Pochi secondi dopo aver messo la pastella, la spia ridiventa rossa. È iniziata ora la cottura.
Potete definire il grado di cottura tramite il termostato regolabile. Con una temperatura bassa si
ottiene un waffle di colore chiaro, con una temperatura più alta di colore scuro. Potete regolare
la cottura senza limiti. A fine cottura la spia di controllo diventa verde, contemporaneamente,
s’interrompe il riscaldamento e la cottura è terminata. Togliete ora il vostro waffle dalla piastra e
riempite con dell’altro impasto.
A fine utilizzo staccate la spina dalla presa d’alimentazione. Solo così l’apparecchio è
completamento spento.
Attenzione! Pericolo d‘ustione! Non toccate le parti calde dell‘apparecchio.
Pulizia e manutenzione
ATTENZIONE: Pericolo d’ustione e di scottature!
Attendere che l‘apparecchio si raffreddi del tutto ed
estrarre il cordone di allacciamento dalla presa a rete.
Non immergete mai l‘apparecchio nell’acqua quando lo pulite. Fate attenzione che dal lato
inferiore non penetri nell‘apparecchio acqua o vapore! Non lavate mai l’apparecchio con o sotto
l’acqua. Pulite le piastre ancora calde di preferenza con una spazzola morbida o con un panno
umido. Non usate mai degli attrezzi appuntiti, questi graffierebbero la superficie antiaderente
delle piastre.
Non usate assolutamente lana d’acciaio, tamponi o detergenti abrasivi e nemmeno spray da
forno!
L‘apparecchio non si deve mai pulire con getto di vapore.
Quando l’apparecchio si è raffreddato, potete strofinare il supporto prima con un panno
morbido umido poi con un asciutto per lucidarlo.
