Tips for working with the appliance
Remove stems, stones and resp. peels from the foods. Before processing the foods, cut them into adequately
sized (not too big) pieces.
Operate the appliance in the pulse-rhythm, i. e. blend/cut for some seconds – then short pause.
Repeat this cycle for several times.
If the motor shows signs of overload, reduce the ingredients to be crushed.
The best results are achieved when processing smaller quantities.
For very smelly foods like e. g. cinnamon sticks, the smell/taste of the food may be transferred to the working
cover. This is normal and does not constitute a reason for complaint.
For spices with intensive essential oils (e. g. cumin, cloves, etc.), the inside of the working container may get a
dull surface. This is normal and does not constitute a reason for complaint.
The values in the table below are indicative and essentially dependent on the freshness,
quality and quantity of the food to be processed and on your personal taste.
