• By touching the “+“ sensor (3) you can
increase the operating time in minute
intervals up to 3 hours (180 minutes).
• By touching the “-“ sensor (5) you can
reduce the operating time in minute
intervals.
• By continuously pressing the “+“ sensor
(3) or “-“ sensor (5) you can increase or
reduce the operating time in 10-minute
intervals.
• Starting with the “-“ sensor (5) the
display commences with “3:00“
(180 minutes). By touching this sensor
again you can reduce the operating time.
On the display (4) the adjusted operating time e. g. “1:15” (1 hour, 15 minutes) is indicated.
About 5 seconds after setting the timer the display switches back to the initial function. When
touching the senor “timer” (2) again, the display (4) shows the active remaining operation time
for approximately 5 seconds; now the timer can also be adjusted once again.
Once the set time has elapsed there is a short audible signal and the control automatically
switches over to standby mode.
NOTE: Changing the power or temperature level will not affect the time set.
Setting the operating time (timer) – reset function
Touching the “timer” sensor (2) for 3 seconds during active operating time mode (timer), the
timer display gets reset to the value “0:00” and the set time is not active any more. In this case
there will be no automatic switch-off and the appliance keeps on working.
Switching-off
• For switching-off touch the main
switch (1).
The display (4) shows “OFF“.
• Now the control is in standby mode.
NOTE: If the waste heat of the pot creates a temperature on the cooking zone of more than 80 °C
the LED “heat” (8a) is lit. As soon as the temperature has sunk below 80 °C, respectively the unit
is disconnected from the mains the LED “heat” (8a) expires.
NOTE: It is normal for the fan to continue running in the standby mode after a long operation time.
OUR ADVICE: Electrical appliances featuring a standby mode consume some power also in
non-operating state. Save energy by disconnecting your appliance from the mains after the
fan has stopped or during non-use periods by pulling the mains plug.
