Als u SONAR gebruikt, kunt u de JUPITER-80 als een controller voor SONAR gebruiken door simpelweg de ‘ACT’ functie van de JUPITER-80 aan te zetten.
Wat is ACT?
ACT (Active Controller Technology) is een functie waarmee u de SONAR vanaf een extern apparaat, zoals de JUPITER-80, kunt besturen.
Gecompliceerde instellingen zijn niet nodig, u kunt het Plug-in eect of de Plug-in synthesizer die op dit moment actief is in SONAR bedienen.
Om ACT te gebruiken, dient u de Control Surface Plug-in te installeren.
De Control Surface Plug-in kan van de Roland website gedownload worden (http://www.roland.com/support/) als u naar de ‘Downloads’ pagina gaat en
‘JUPITER-80’ als de productnaam selecteert.

* Als een dialoogvenster waarin u wordt gevraagd de 32-bit versie of de 64-bit versie te selecteren tijdens de installatie verschijnt, selecteert u de keuze die
met de versie van SONAR (32-bit of 64-bit) die u gebruikt overeenkomt. Als u SONAR LE gebruikt, selecteert u de ’32-bit versie’.
ACT aan en uitzetten
1. In het Menu scherm kiest u <ACT>.
Het ACT scherm verschijnt.
2. Raak de <ON/OFF> knop aan.
Elke keer dat u de <ON/OFF> knop aanraakt, wordt de ACT functie aan- of uitgezet.

In het ACT scherm kunt u de volgende instellingen maken.
