Saxofoons zijn populair in alle muziekgenres over de hele wereld, van jazz tot klassiek, rock
enzovoort. Nu introduceert Roland een nieuw digitaal blaasinstrument, ontwikkeld met de
nieuwste technologie maar ontworpen op basis van de traditionele akoestische saxofoon.
U kunt verschillende saxofoons (sopraan-, alt-, tenor- en baritonsaxofoon) spelen, maar ook
andere blaasinstrumenten zoals klarinet, uit en trompet, strijkinstrumenten zoals viool
en zelfs synthesizergeluiden zodat u als saxofoonspeler geniet van nieuwe mogelijkheden
voor muzikale expressie en creativiteit.
Niet alleen het volume maar ook het geluid zelf wordt dynamisch geïmiteerd door de
kracht waarmee u in het mondstuk blaast, en de kracht waarmee u erop bijt. Zo ontstaat
een natuurlijk en rijk expressief geluid.
Het kan worden bespeeld met dezelfde vingerzetting als een saxofoon. Als u dus een
saxofoonspeler bent, zult u kunnen beginnen te spelen nadat u enkele pagina's in deze
handleiding hebt gelezen. Het instrument is compact en kan ook worden gebruikt met
een hoofdtelefoon, zodat u zelfs op de bank in uw woonkamer naar hartenlust kunt spelen
zonder dat u zich zorgen hoeft te maken over het tijdstip of de plaats.
