The use of accessories other than the ones provided with this unit is strongly discouraged,
as it may cause injuries, damage the unit, or void the manufacturer’s warranty.
Do not use this unit outdoors.
Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
Do not place this unit on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven. Do not
place the unit near other hot surfaces such as an oven or stove.
Keep hands, knives and utensils away from moving blades.
Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
WARNING - DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
CAUTION - THE PROCESSING BLADE IS EXTREMELY SHARP, HANDLE WITH CARE.
Before First Use
Before using the Hand Blender for the first time, clean the detachable shaft and the
accessories under running water to remove any packaging dust. Dry all parts carefully
afterwards.
Never switch on the Hand Blender before you have placed it in the mixing beaker or
other mixing vessel. The sharp blades of the stainless steel knives can cause injury if
this is adhered to.
How to operate your whisk
Use the whisk only for whipping cream, beating egg whites and mixing sponges and
mixing sponges and ready-mix desserts.
1.Insert the whisk(F) into the whisk gear box(E), then insert the motor part(A) into the gear
box until it locks.
2.Place the whisk in a vessel and only then, press switch(B) to operate it.
For best results:
Use a wide vessel.
Only whip up to 400ml chilled cream
(min. 30% fat content, 4-8?c).
Only whip up to 4 egg whites.
Move the whisk clockwise.
How to operate your chopper attachment
The chopper is perfectly suited for chopping meat, cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, carrots,
walnuts, almonds, prunes etc.
N.B.:
Do not chop extremely hard food, such as nutmeg, coffee beans and grains.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
This appliance is equipped with an electronic speed controller.
When the speed control wheel is turned to the right the speed is increased, and reduced
when turned to the left.
For the best results, follow the guide below:
High speed:
a) to prepare baby food
b) to puree fruit and vegetables
c) to blend sauces and light omelette mixtures
d) to whip cream
e) to chop meat, herbs and nuts
Low speed:
f) to mix shakes/drinks
g) to whisk liquids, egg white and cream
Before chopping
Pre-cut meat, cheese, onions, garlic, carrots, chills (see processing guide )
Remove stalks from herbs, un-shell nuts
Remove bones, tendons and gristle from meet.
For best results, please refer to the settings recommended in the processing guide.
Chopping
1. Carefully remove the plastic cover from the blade (B). Caution: the blade is very sharp!
Always hold it by the upper plastic part.
2. Place the blade on the centre pin of the chopper bowl (I). Always place the chopper
bowl in the anti-slip base (D).
3. Place the food in the chopper bowl (I).
4. Put the chopper gear box (G) on the chopper bowl (I).
5. Insert the motor part (A) into the gear box until it locks.
6. Press switch (B) to operate the chopper. During processing, hold the motor part with
one hand and the chopper bowl with the other.
7. After use, first remove the motor part (A), then the chopper gear box (G)
8. Carefully take out the blade.
9. Remove the processed food from the chopper bowl (I).
