Préparation
1. Sélectionnez le mode "Buttermilk" et choisissez votre niveau de dorage. Le gaufrier se
met en mode préchauffage.
2. Dans un saladier, mélangez la farine, la levure, le sel et le sucre. Formez une fontaine
au centre.
3. Dans un autre récipient, mélangez les œufs, le buttermilk et l’huile.
4. Versez cette préparation sur la farine et mélangez jusqu’à obtention d’une pâte
homogène. (Il est possible que quelques grumeaux se forment, ceci est normal).
5. Si la pâte est trop épaisse, rajoutez 1 à 2 c. à soupe de buttermilk.
6. A la fin du préchauffage, versez ½ louche de préparation par gaufre dans le gaufrier,
fermez le couvercle et attendez le signal sonore indiquant la fin de cuisson.
7. Répétez l’opération avec la pâte restante

190 g de farine
1 c. à café de levure chimique
50 g de sucre en poudre
1 c. à café de sel
