• In de VS: FCC CFR 47 deel 15, subonderdeel C, sectie 15.249

• In landen buiten de EU en de VS gelden andere internationale reglementaire vereisten. Zie voor desbe-

treffende gebieden de nationaal geldende vereisten.

• De producten zijn gecategoriseerd als Receiver categorie 2 conform EN 300 440.

• In Canada zijn deze hoortoestellen gecertiﬁceerd onder modellen:BO312/IC: 6941C-BO312; BO13/IC:

6941C-BO13; PH312/IC: 6941C-PH312; en PH13/IC: 6941C-PH13.

• Dit digitaal apparaat in klasse B voldoet aan de Canadese ICES-003. Cet appareil numérique de la

classe B est conforme à la norme NMB-003 du Canada.

• Toepassing uitsluitend toegestaan als aan de volgende twee voorwaarden wordt voldaan: (1) dit appa-

raat mag geen interferentie veroorzaken, en (2) Elke vorm van interferentie moet worden geaccepteerd,

inclusief interferentie die leidt tot ongewenste werking.

In Japan heeft dit toestel een toewijzing gekregen door het Ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken en Commu-

nicatie onder „Verordening betreffende technische regels conformiteitscertiﬁcaat, enz van gespeciﬁceerde

radioapparatuur (特定無線設備の技術基準適合証明等に関する規則) “Artikel 2-1-19“ Dit apparaat mag niet

aangepast worden (anders is het toegekende bestemmingsnummer ongeldig)“
