Gebruiksbestemming

Hoortoestellen zĳn bestemd voor slechthorenden om hun gehoor te verbeteren. De essentiële taak van

hoortoestellen is om geluid te ontvangen, te versterken en door te geven aan het trommelvlies van een

slechthorende.

Deze producten zĳn in overeenstemming met de volgende standaard reglementen:

• In de EU: Het toestel voldoet aan de Essentiële vereisten volgens Annex 1 van de Richtlĳn 93/42/EEC

voor medische apparatuur (MDD) en Essentiële vereisten en andere relevante voorzieningen van Richtlĳn

1999/5/EC (R&TTE).

• De conformiteitsverklaring kan worden ingezien op www.resound.com.

• In de VS: FCC CFR 47 Deel 15, subonderdeel C.

• In landen buiten de EU en de VS gelden andere internationale reglementaire vereisten. Zie voor desbe-

treffende gebieden de nationaal geldende vereisten.

• Canada: deze hoortoestellen zĳn gecertiﬁceerd onder de regels van IC.

• Voldoet aan Japanse radiowetgeving en Japanse zakelĳke telecommunicatie wetgeving. Dit toestel is

goedgekeurd conform de Japanse radiowetgeving (電波法) en de Japanse zakelĳke telecommunicatie-

wetgeving (電気通信事業法). Dit toestel mag niet gemodiﬁceerd worden (anders wordt het toegekende

bestemmingsnummer ongeldig).
