Gebruikersbestemming

Hoortoestellen zijn bestemd voor slechthorenden om hun gehoor te verbeteren. De essentiële

taak van hoortoestellen is om geluid te ontvangen, te versterken en door te geven aan het trom-

melvlies van een slechthorende.

Lijst van landen:

Producten zonder draadloze functionaliteit zijn bestemd voor wereldwijde verkoop.

Producten met draadloze functionaliteit zijn bestemd voor verkoop in de landen van de E.E.G.

en Zwitserland.

Speciﬁcatie van restricties: Gebruik van het hoortoestel binnen 20 km van het centrum van Ny

Ålesund, Noorwegen, is niet toegestaan.

Deze producten zijn in overeenstemming met de volgende standaard reglementen:

• In de EU: Het toestel voldoet aan de essentiële vereisten volgens Annex I van de Richtlijn

93/42/EEC voor medische apparaten (MDD) en Essentiële vereisten en andere relevante

voorzieningen van Richtlijn 1999/5/EC (R&TTE). De conformiteitsverklaring kunt u vinden op

www.resound.com.

• In de VS: FCC CFR 47 deel 15, subonderdeel C, sectie 15.249

• In landen buiten de EU en de VS gelden andere internationale reglementaire vereisten. Zie

voor desbetreffende landen de nationaal geldende vereisten.

• De producten zijn gecategoriseerd als Receiver Klasse 2 volgens EN 300 440
