Garantiebepalingen

RENY garandeert gedurende 2 jaar na aankoopdatum een goede werking van de complete tuinkachel.

Klachten kunnen uitsluitend in behandeling worden genomen, wanneer deze via de dealer bij RENY

worden ingediend. Daarbij dient het volledig ingevulde garantiebewijs en de aankoopnota te worden

opgestuurd. Uw schadegeval wordt door ons zorgvuldig behandeld en er wordt bepaald of er

aanspraak op de garantie gemaakt kan worden. Indien zich binnen de gestelde garantietermijn

ondanks normaal gebruik volgens de handleiding een storing voordoet, die het gevolg is van een

materiaal- en/of fabricagefout, dan vervangt de dealer het defecte onderdeel. Voor die materialen

waarvoor garantie geldt, worden de loon- en materiaalkosten niet in rekening gebracht.

De onderstaande onderdelen hebben een afwijkende garantietermijn:

• Glas geen garantie;

• Merbau geen garantie.

De garantie vervalt indien:

• het toestel verwaarloosd en/of ruw behandeld is;

• er een verkeerde brandstof gebruikt is;

• aan de bovenstaande voorwaarden niet of slechts ten dele is voldaan.
