If the product casing is damaged, discontinue product usage! When it is
still connected to the mains, do not touch the radio switch socket or the
connected device! First, switch off the mains socket to which the radio
switch socket is connected (switch off at the circuit breaker). Only then
can you remove the radio controlled switch socket from the mains socket.
Take the product to a specialist workshop or dispose of it in an environ-
mentally friendly way.

A) Control-LED (lights up when the mains socket on the front is activated)
B) Front socket for connecting a consumer load with child-proof lock
C) Coding switch I, II, III, IV for one of the four address codes
D) Coding switch for switch channel selection 1, 2, 3, 4
E) Safety plug for connection to the mains socket
Setting the Address Codes
One of the four address codes (I, II, III, IV) can be set on both the handheld transmit-
ter and the radio controlled socket. Thus, several radio controlled switch sets can be
operated in parallel, without interfering with one another.
Select one of the address codes (I, II, III, IV) on the handheld transmitter. Set exactly
the same address code on the associated radio controlled socket(s); use a flat screw-
driver to turn the coding switch (C).
If you set a different code on the handheld radio transmitter and the radio-
controlled switch socket, the switch socket will not react to the switching
commands on the handheld radio transmitter!
Setting the Switching Channel of the Radio Controlled
Switch Socket
On the back of the radio controlled switch socket there is another coding switch (D)
that is marked with the numbers “1”, “2”, “3” and “4”. It is used to select one of the
four switching channels (the handheld radio transmitter has also imprinted the num-
bers “1”, “2”, “3” and “4”) if more than one radio controlled switch socket is operated.
It is of course possible to set the same switching channel for two or more
radio controlled switch sockets. By this the two radio controlled switch so-
ckets are activated or deactivated by one keystroke.
Start-up, Function Test
Plug the radio controlled switch socket (without the consumer load connected!) into
the designated earthed mains socket.
You can now test the function of the radio controlled switch socket, by briefly press-
ing the respective “ON” button for the corresponding switching channel (1, 2, 3 or 4).
The red control-LED (A) on the radio controlled socket lights up. The socket (B) on the
front is now activated; the mains voltage is available and a connected consumer load
is turned on.
Briefly press the button “OFF”, for the switching channel, and the control-LED (A) is
turned off again; the mains voltage at the front mains socket (B) and thus, the con-
nected consumer load, is turned off.
