ALGEMEEN
Dit gebruikersvoorschrift bevat nuttige en belangrijke
informatie voor het goed functioneren en onderhouden
van de Remeha Gas 6002 ECO ketel. Tevens bevat het
belangrijke aanwijzigingen die een zo veilig en storings-
vrij mogelijk functioneren van de ketel mogelijk maken.

De Remeha Gas 6002 ECO is opgebouwd uit twee mo-
dules die onafhankelijk van elkaar kunnen opereren. De
benodigde verbrandingslucht wordt door de ventilatoren
(1) in de luchtkokers (2) geblazen. De verbrandingslucht
wordt in de luchtkokers evenredig over de verschillende
mengbochten (3) verdeeld.
Het gas wordt radiaal uit de inspuiters (4) geblazen, in de
luchtstroom. De mengbochten zijn voorzien van verdeel-
kamers (5), waarin het gas-/luchtmengsel gelijkmatig
over de branders (6) wordt verdeeld. Het gas-/lucht-
mengsel wordt ontstoken en verbranding vindt plaats.
Door de premix-verbranding is de NOx-uitstoot zeer laag.
De rookgassen stromen nu door de eerste warmtewisse-
laars (7) en de tweede warmtewisselaars (8) en worden
ning van de ketel goed vertrouwd en volg de gegeven
aanwijzigingen stipt op.

Als gebruiker is het niet toegestaan iets aan uw ketel en
installatie te wijzigen.

denseren. De warmte die bij dit condensatieproces
vrijkomt (de zogenaamde latente of condenswarmte)

densatiewater wordt in verzamelbakken (9) opgevangen
en via sifons (10) afgevoerd naar het riool. De rook-
gassen keren zich en worden via de rookgasafvoerpijpen
(11) verzameld in een broekstuk (12) en afgevoerd naar
de rookgasafvoerleiding. De rookgaskleppen (13)
voorkomen onnodige stilstandsverliezen en verhinderen
tevens in de situatie waarbij één module in bedrijf is, dat
de rookgassen via de andere module worden afgevoerd.
