1. LIEFERUMFANG

1.1 Allgemeines

Gas-Spezialheizkessel nach:

Verträglichkeit

und übereinstimmend mit:

- 73/23/EWG - Niederspannungsrichtlinie

- 89/392/EWG - Maschinenrichtlinie.

CE-zugelassen, Kategorie I

2ELL

für Erdgas H, L und LL.

Vollautomatisch modulierend, vier- oder zweistufig.

Der Kessel ist werksseitig auf Erdgas H (Wobbe-Index

15,0 kWh/m

) eingestellt, umstellbar auf Erdgas L oder LL

ohne Düsenwechsel.

Gerätetyp: B23, C33, C53 und C63.

1.2 Aufbau

Der Remeha Gas 6000 Hochwirkungsgradkessel besteht

aus zwei Modulen. Jedes einzelne Modul besteht aus

einem gusseisernen Wärmtetauscher remcast

Vormischflächenbrenner aus Edelstahl mit Metallvliesober-

fläche zur schadstoffarmen Verbrennung von Erdgas.

Drehzahlregelung der Verbrennungsluftgebläse mittels

Frequenzreglern, Überwachung mittels Differenzdrucksen-

soren. Gas-/Luft-Verbundregelung zur Optimierung der

Verbrennung. Vollautomatischer Brennerbetrieb, Hochspan-

nungszündung, Ionisationsflammenüberwachung.

Pro Modul ein eingebautes Kesselschaltfeld mit Bedie-

nungs- und Sicherheitselementen.

Menügeführter Kesselautomat in Mikroprozessortechnik

mit ausgedehnter Betriebs- und Servicediagnostik;

RS 232-Anschluss für BUS-Verbindung zur Kombination

mit PC, Modem oder Gebäudeleittechnik.

Pro Modul Einbaumöglichkeit von witterungsabhängigen

. Jedes Modul hat ein Gaskombi-

nationsventil bestehend aus zwei Hauptgasventilen,

Gasdruckverhältnisregler und Gasdruckwächter unter der

Verkleidung montiert.

Farbige pulverbeschichtete Verkleidung, hochwertige

Wärmeschutzisolierung.

Abgasklappe pro Kesselmodul.

Elektroanschluss: 230 V, 50 Hz.

1.3 Anwendung

Warmwasserheizungen bis 90°C

Max. Vorlauftemperatur : 75°C/90°C

Max. Betriebstemperatur : 110°C (Absicherungsgrenze)

Max. Betriebsüberdruck : 6,0 bar

Min. Betriebsüberdruck : 0,8 bar.
