Manuel d’encastrement contrôle d’étanchéité Gas 3000 / Gas 3000 Eco

1. Monter l’interrupteur de pression, au moyen des étriers de fixation et du matériel

de fixation fourni, sur le profilé de support avant [1] (voir figure A1 pour les

éléments 7 et 9 et figure A2 pour les éléments 11 à 19 inclus).

2. Démonter les bouchons d’étanchéité supérieur/inférieur sur la face latérale du

bloc-gaz. Monter à ce niveau la combinaison de raccord à coude/étranglement

par le biais d’un moyen d’étanchéité admis.

3. [2.3] Placer le manchonsupport dans le tuyau et monter celui-ci dans le raccord

à coude/étranglement venant tout juste d’être placé.

4. Ouvrir le pupitre de commutation en desserrant quelque peu les 2 vis [4].

5. Introduire le câble de branchement dans l’un des écrous libres (du côté gauche

du pupitre de commutation). Monter les 2 âmes dans le bornier supérieur sur les

bornes 37 et 38. Symbole ( ) (voir fig. B.) Refermer ensuite le pupitre de

commutation.

6. Se rendre dans la cinquième page-écran dans le niveau utilisateur en appuyant

4 fois sur la touche ' ' située sur le tableau de commande. Puis y introduire

le code 0012. Sélectionner ensuite l’option 'réglages maintenance'. Puis

sélectionner à nouveau l’option “réglages auxiliaires”. Sélectionner le numéro

d’option 2 'Contrôle fuite de gaz'. En utilisant la touche ' ' se placer sur 'Oui'

et appuyer sur la touche ' '. Les deux flèches doivent maintenant se trouver

sur 'Oui'. Quitter à nouveau le niveau maintenance en appuyant de nouveau 4

fois sur la touche ' '.

L’installation est alors terminée.

Inbouwhandleiding Gaslekkontrole Gas 3000 / Gas 3000 ECO

1. Monteer de drukschakelaar middels de bevestigingsbeugel en het bijgeleverde

bevestigingsmateriaal aan het voorste ondersteuningsprofiel (zie tekening A1 voor de

7 en 9 leden en tekening A2 voor de 11 t/m 19 leden).

2. Demonteer, aan de zijkant van het gasblok, de voor / onderste afdichtstop. Monteer

door de knie/knel-koppeling samenstelling m.b.v. een toegestaan afdichtmiddel. [2, 3]

3. Breng de steunhuls aan in de slang en monteer deze in de zojuist aangebrachte knie/

knelkoppeling.

4. Open het schakelpaneel door de 2 schroeven [4] iets los te draaien en de deksel

naar voren te kantelen.

5. Steek de aansluitkabel door 1 van de vrije wartels. (Aan de linkerzijde van het

schakelpaneel). Monteer de 2 aders in de bovenste klemmenstrook op de klemmen

37 Ø 38 (symbool ) (zie tek. B) sluit daarna het schakelpaneel weer.

6. Ga door 4 maal op de '

'-toets op het bedieningspaneel (5) te drukken naar het 5e

scherm in het gebruikersniveau en voer de kode 0012 in. Kies hierna de optie

'Service instellingen'. Kies hierna weer voor 'overige instellingen'. Selecteer optie-

nummer 2 'Gaslekkontrole'. Ga met de ' '-toets naar 'Ja' en druk op de ' '-toets.

De twee pijltjes zullen nu bij 'Ja' staan. Verlaat het serviceniveau weer door wederom

4 maal op de '

' toets te drukken.

De installatie is hiermee voltooid.

Einbauanleitung Gasleckkontrolle Gas 3000 / Gas 3000 ECO

1. Druckschalter mit Befestigungsbügel und mitgelieferten Befestigungselementen am

Seite vom Stützprofil vorne [1] montieren (siehe Zeichnung A1 für 7- und 9-Glieder-

Ausführung und Zeichnung A2 für 11- bis 19-Glieder-Ausführung).

2. Seitlich am Gaskombinationsventil den vorderen unteren Verschlußstopfen

abnehmen und dort die Winkelverschraubungseinheit mit einem dafür zugelassenen

Dichtmittel anbringen.

3. [2.3] Knickschutzhülse in den Schlauch einsetzen und diesen an die zuvor montierte

Winkelverschraubung anschließen.

4. Die beiden Schrauben am Kesselschaltfeld leicht lösen und Schaltfeld öffnen [4].

5. Anschlußkabel durch eine der freien Kabelverschraubungen führen (auf der linken

Seite des Kesselschaltfeldes) und die beiden Adern an die Klemmen 37 und 38 der

oberen Klemmenleiste anschließen. Symbol ( ) (siehe Zeichnung B).

Kesselschaltfeld anschließend wieder schließen.

6. Durch viermalige Betätigung der '

'-Taste am Bedienpult [5] zum 5. Bildschirm der

Benutzerebene blättern und Code 0012 eingeben. Nun die Option

'Wartungseinstellungen' und danach 'Sonstige Einstellungen' anwählen.

Auswahl Nr. 2 'Gasleckkontrolle' anwählen. Mit der ' '-Taste 'Ja' wählen und die

' '-Taste drücken. Die beiden Pfeile zeigen jetzt auf 'Ja'. Wartungsebene durch

erneute viermalige Betätigung der ' '-Taste wieder verlassen.

Die Installation ist damit beendet.

Installation instructions Gas 3000 /Gas 3000 Eco gas leak detector

1. Install the pressure switch on the side of the front support profile [1] using the

attachment bracket and the fixing materials supplied (see drawing A1 for the 7

and 9 sections and drawing A2 for the 11 to 19 sections)

2. On the side of the gas block, remove the front/bottom sealing plug. In its place,

fit the elbow/compression coupling assembly using an approved sealing agent.

3. [2.3] Fit the support sleeve in the flexible pipe, and insert the pipe in the elbow/

compression coupling just fitted.

4. Open the switch panel by lightly slackening the two screws [4].

5. Insert the connection cable through one of the free cable unions (on the left-hand

side of the switch panel). Attach the 2 cores to the upper terminal strip at termi-

nals 37 and 38. Symbol ( ) (see drawing B). Close the switch panel.

6. Go to the 5th window of the user level by pressing the '

' key on the operating

panel [5] 4 times, and key in code 0012. Then select the option 'service settings'.

Then select 'other settings'. Select option 2 'Gas leak detection'. Then, using the

' ' key, go to 'Yes' and press the ' ' key. The two arrows will now indicate '

Yes '. Leave the service level by once again pressing the ' ' key 4 times.

Installation should now be completed.
