INBEDRIJFSTELLINGSVOORSCHRIFT
Voor Remeha
Gas
2 XR-E
(standaardultvoering)
Het in
bedriil
stellen
1. Verwijder
de
beschermfolie van
de bemante-
ling.
2. Kontroleer
de
gasaanslu
itingen.
3. Kontroleer
de elektrische
aansluitingen,
Fase/
Nul/Aarde.
4. Kontroleer
het
waterniveau.
De waterbedrijfs-
druk moet
minimaal
0,8 bar
bedragen.
5. Schakel
de circulatiepomp
in
en kontroleer
de
montagestand
en
draairichting.
6. Open
de
gashoofdkraan
(gasleiding goed
ont-
luchten).
7.
Stel
de thermostaten
in
op de
gewenste
tempe-
ralu
u r.
8. Schakel
de
elektrische
voeding
van
de ketel in.
9. Na
een wachttijd
van
3 sek. wordt
de ontsteking
vrijgegeven,
waarna
de beveilig
ingsafslu
iter
wordt
geopend.
De
ketel
komt nu
in bedrijf.
10. De
ketel
enige
minuten laten
branden in
ver-
band
met
de nog
aanwezige
lucht
in de
gaslei-
ding.
11.
Gewenste branderdruk
instellen
(zie
opschrift-
plaat):
Met regelschroef
a kan met
behulp
van een
schroevedraaier,
de
juiste
branderdruk
inge-
steld worden.
Filter
Het filter kan
gereinigd
worden
na verwiide-
ring
van
cilinderkopschroeven
b en deksel
c.
De
andere instelmogeliikheden
ziin
door de
fabriek
verzegeld
en mogen
niet versteld
worden.
12. De
openingssnelheid
van
de magneetklep
stelt
u als volgt in:
Draai
de zwarte
afdekkap
(d)
los.
De
bovenkant
van
de kap
dient hierbij
als hulpgereedschap.
Draai
de
bronzen
stelschroef
voor
een snelle
opening links
om
en voor
'n
trage
opening
rechts
om.
Een te
trage
opening kan
tot
storingen lijden.
13.
Kontroleer
de thermostaten
op
de
iuiste
wer-
king.
14.
Kontroleer
de werking
van
de vlambeveiliging
(verwijder
hiervoor
de bougiedop
van
de
ioni-
satie-elektrode).
Uit bedrijf
nemen:
1.
Schakel de
voeding ten
behoeve
van
de
ketel
uit.
2. Sluit de
gashoofdkraan.
3.
Denk
aan
vorstgevaar.
