Lesen Sie diese Gebrauchsanleitung sorgfältig durch.
Der Gehörschutz ist gemäß den Anweisungen in dieser
Gebrauchsanleitung aufzusetzen, einzustellen und zu reinigen.
Nur wenn alle der hier aufgeführten Punkte gewährleistet sind,
kann der SilentGuard Baby von reer bedenkenlos verwendet und
die Dämmwirkung und Funktion kann gewährleistet werden.
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
• Überprüfen Sie vor jeder Benutzung das Produkt auf
oensichtliche Beschädigungen. Sollten Sie Schäden feststellen,
darf dieses Produkt nicht verwendet werden.
• Dieser Artikel ist kein Spielzeug! Bitte benutzen Sie den Artikel
nur zu dem vorgesehenen Zweck und unter Aufsicht von
Erwachsenen.
• Den Gehörschutz trocken und nicht bei Temperaturen über
+55°C aufbewahren.
Sicherheitshinweise zur Nutzung
• Eine volle Schutzwirkung kann nur dann gewährleistet werden,
wenn der Gehörschutz während des gesamten Aufenthalts in
lauter Umgebung getragen wird. Bereits Geräusche über
85 Dezibel können Gehörschäden verursachen.
• Untersuchen Sie die Dichtungsringe regelmäßig auf Risse und
Undichtigkeit.
Material: Kunststo, Stirnband: 100 % Nylon
Reinigung:
Reinigen Sie das Produkt regelmäßig äußerlich
mit Seife und lau warmem Wasser. Das Stirnband kann mit
Handwäsche gewaschen werden. Schließen Sie davor den
Klettverschluss. Achtung! Der Gehörschutz (Ohrmuschel) darf
nicht unter Wasser getaucht werden.
Anwendung: (siehe Graken)
Ohrmuscheln am Stirnband befestigen, Stirnband um den Kopf
des Babys legen, Klettverschluss schließen und ggf. nachjustieren.
Wichtig! Die optimale Dämmwirkung kann nur erreicht
werden, wenn die Dichtungsringe dicht am Kopf anliegen und
die gesamte Ohrmuschel umschließen. Hierzu bitte das Haar
zurückstreichen. Brillenbügel sollten möglichst dünn sein bzw.
wenn möglich abgenommen werden. Kein Schmuck wie z.B.
Ohrringe tragen.
Achtung! Vermeiden Sie zu viel Druck auf die noch weichen
Stellen am Kopf (Fontanelle), da die Entwicklung des Kopfes noch
nicht vollständig abgeschlossen ist.
Dämmwerte: (siehe Tabelle)
Der reer SilentGuard Baby ist gemäß der Europanormen EN 352-1
geprüft. Erklärungen zur Dämmwertetabelle: 1) Frequenz in Hz.
2) Mittelwert Dämpfung in dB. 3) Standardabweichung in dB. 4)
Angenommene Schutzwirkung 5) Berechneter Dämmwert
Bitte Kaufbeleg, Gebrauchsanleitung und Artikelnummer
aufbe wahren. Gewährleistungsansprüche oder Ansprüche
aus Garantie versprechen sind ausschließlich mit dem Händler
abzuwickeln.
Read these user instructions carefully before use. The ear
protectors must be set up, adjusted and cleaned according to
the instructions in this user manual. You will only be able to use
SilentGuard Baby by reer with condence if all of the instructions
mentioned here are observed.
General safety instructions
• Check the unit for visible damage before each use. If you detect
any damage, do not use the unit.
• This product is not a toy! Please use the product only for its
intended purpose, and under adult supervision.
• Keep the ear protectors dry and do not store at temperatures higher
than +55 °C.
Instructions for safe use
• Full protective eect may only be achieved if the ear protectors
are used throughout the child‘s presence in a loud environment.
Loss of hearing can occur with sounds as low as 85 dB.
• Regularly check the sealing rings for cracks and seal failure.
Material: plastic, 100 % nylon
Cleaning:
Regularly clean the outside of the product with soap
and warm running water. The headband can be washed manually.
Close the zip fastener rst. Attention! Do not submerge the ear
protectors (ear capsules) in water.
Use: (see diagrams)
Fasten the ear capsules on the headband, place the headband
onto the baby’s head. Close the zip fastener and adjust as
necessary.
Important! Optimum sound attenuation can only be achieved
if the sealing rings are tted snugly against the head, enclosing
the entire ear. Pull back your child‘s hair to ensure this. Temples
of eyeglasses must be as thin as possible, and removed whenever
possible. Do not wear jewellery, e.g. earrings.
Attention! Avoid applying too much pressure on the parts of the
head that are still soft (fontanel), because the baby‘s head is still
developing.
Attenuation value: (see table)
SilentGuard Baby by reer is tested according to the European
EN 352-1 standard. Notes on the attenuation table: 1) The
frequency is in Hz. 2) The attenuation average is in dB. 3) The
standard deviation is in dB. 4) Assumed protection value 5)
Calculated attenuation value
Please retain your receipt, the user manual and item number.
Warranty claims or claims from promises of guarantee must be
processed by the dealer.

problème et l’eet d’isolation ainsi que la fonction du produit ne
peuvent être garantis que si les points mentionnés sont respectés.
Consignes générales de sécurité
• Avant chaque utilisation, contrôlez que l‘appareil n‘a pas de
défaut apparent. Si vous constatez un défaut, cet appareil ne
doit pas être utilisé.
• Cet article n‘est pas un jouet! Utiliser l’article uniquement aux
ns prévues et sous la surveillance d’un adulte
• Sécher la protection auditive et ne pas la stocker à des températures
supérieures à +55°C.
Consignes de sécurité concernant l’utilisation
• L’eet protecteur ne peut être garanti que si la protection
auditive est portée pendant l’ensemble du séjour dans un
environnement bruyant. Les bruits de plus de 85 décibels
peuvent causer des lésions auditives.
• Vérier régulièrement que les joints ne présentent pas de
ssures et qu’ils sont bien étanches.

Nettoyage:
Nettoyer régulièrement l’extérieur du produit
au savon et à l’eau tiède. Le bandeau peut être lavé à la main.
Verrouillez d‘abord la fermeture Velcro. Attention! La protection
auditive (oreillette) ne doit pas être plongée dans l’eau.
Utilisation: (Cf. graphiques)
Fixer les oreillettes sur le bandeau, mettre celui-ci autour de la tête
du bébé, verrouiller la fermeture Velcro et ajuster le bandeau si
nécessaire.
Important! L’eet d’isolation optimal ne peut être atteint que
si les joints sont bien mis sur la tête et entourent l‘ensemble de
l’oreillette. Pour ce faire, attacher les cheveux. Les branches de
lunettes devraient être les plus nes possible ou retirées le cas
échéant. Ne pas porter de bijoux comme des boucles d’oreilles.
Attention! Éviter d’exercer une pression excessive sur les endroits
encore mous de la tête (fontanelle), le développement de la tête
n’étant pas encore terminé.
Valeurs d’isolation : (Cf. tableau)
SilentGuard Baby a été testé selon les normes européennes
EN 352-1. Indications relatives au tableau de valeurs d’isolation:
1) Fréquence en Hz. 2) Valeur moyenne d’isolation en dB. 3)
Divergence standard en dB. 4) Eet protecteur présumé 5) valeur
d’isolation calculée
