CONSOLE GUIDE
操作
「POWER ON（電源オン）」状態でプログラムを選択すると、コンソールの右側が点滅します。
プログラムのオプションには、MANUAL、PROGRAM、USERおよびH.R.C.があります。
「UP（上）」キーや「DOWN（下）」キーでプログラムをスクロールして、希望のプログラムを見つけると点滅します。
「MODE（モード）」を押してプログラムを選択します。
「MANUAL（ マ ニ ュ ア ル ）」モ ー ド
1. プ ロ グ ラ ム 一 覧 か ら「 MANUAL（ マ ニ ュ ア ル ）」を 選 択 し ま す 。
2. 希望のワークアウト機能が点滅するまで、「MODE（モード）」を繰り返し押し、TIME、
DISTANCE、CALORIES、WATTSまたはPULSEから選 択します。
3. 「UP（上）」ボタンや「DOWN（下）」ボタンで、希望のワークアウト機能を調整します。
4. 「START / STOP（開始/停止）」を押して確認し、ワークアウトを開始します。
抵 抗 レ ベ ル は「 UP（上）」ボタンや「DOWN（下）」ボタンでいつでも調整できます。
注： より正確なカロリー値を得るには、個人データを入力してください。
「Watt（ワット）」モードでは、速度に関係なく、抵抗レベルを事前設定されたワット値に自動調整されます
（抵抗レベルはレベル1からレベル32までの間で調整することで達成できる場合）。
プ ロ グ ラ ム・モ ー ド
P1からP12までの12のプログラム・プロファイルから選択するオプションがあります。
1. プ ロ グ ラ ム 一 覧 か ら「 PROGRAM（プログラム）」を選択します。
2. 「MODE（ モ ー ド ）」を 押 し ま す 。
3. 「UP（上）」ボタンや「DOWN（下）」ボタンで、プログラム・オプション（P1からP12まで）をスクロールします。 ワーク
アウト・プロファイルが表示される前に1秒間、P1などのテキストが表示されます。
4. 希望のワークアウト機能が点滅するまで、「MODE（モード）」を繰り返し押し、TIME、
DISTANCE、CALORIES、WATTSまたはPULSEから選 択します。
5. 「UP（上）」ボタンや「DOWN（下）」ボタンで、希望のワークアウト機能を調整します。
6. 「START / STOP（開始/停止）」を押して確認し、ワークアウトを開始します。
抵 抗 レ ベ ル は「 UP（上）」ボタンや「DOWN（下）」ボタンでいつでも調整できます。
ユ ー ザ ー・プ ロ グ ラ ム・モ ー ド
このプログラムには、どのユーザーでも事前に設定できる空きのプロファイルがあります。 16のすべての 時 間 セグメントに
わたって、1から16までの抵抗レベルを選択できます。
1. プ ロ グ ラ ム 一 覧 か ら「 USER（ユーザー）」を選択します。
2. 「MODE（ モ ー ド ）」を 押 し ま す 。
3. 「UP（上）」ボタンや「DOWN（下）」ボタンで、セグメント1の抵抗レベルを選択します。
4. 「MODE（モード）」を押してセグメント1を確認します。
5. ス テップ 3と4を繰り返して、16のすべての時間セグメントに対し必要なワークアウト抵抗を選択します。
6. 「START / STOP（開始/停止）」を押して、ワークアウトを開始します。
ワ ー ク ア ウ ト 中 に 目 標（「 TIME（時間）」、「DISTANCE（距離）」または「CALORIES（カロリー）」を設定する場合は、
「STOP（停止）」を押してプログラムを一時停止します。
それから、希望のワークアウト機能が点滅するまで「MODE（ モ ー ド ）」を 押 し ま す 。 「 UP（上）」ボタンや「DOWN（下）」ボ
タ ン で 、希 望 の ワ ー ク ア ウ ト 機 能 を 調 整 し ま す 。 「 START / STOP（開始/停止）」を押して、ワークアウトを再開します。
目標心拍数モード
抵抗レベルが目標心拍数ゾーンと一致するようバイクを調節します。
1. プ ロ グ ラ ム 一 覧 か ら「 H.R.C.」を選択します。
2. 「UP（上）」ボタンや「DOWN（下）」ボタンで、年齢を設定します（デフォルトは25才 で す ）。
3. 「MODE（ モ ー ド ）」を 押 し ま す 。
4. 「UP（上）」ボタンや「DOWN（下）」ボタンで、心拍数プログラムを55%、75%、90%、THR（目標心拍数）を選択します。
5. . 「MODE（モード）」を押して選択します。
6. START / STOP（開始/停止）」を押して、ワークアウトを開始します。
注： THRは、次の数式を用いて目標心拍数を計算できます。
220bpmから年齢を引いて、必要な割合（パーセント）でかけます（たとえば、25才で目標ゾーンが75%な ら（ 220-25）x75%
= 100bpmと な り ま す ）。
したがって、心拍数セクションには「UP（上）」ボタンや「DOWN（下）」ボタンで100と 入 力 し て く だ さ い 。 「 START / STOP（
開始/停止）」を押して、ワークアウトを開始します。
リカバリ
この機能では、1分間で心拍数がどれだけ早く「リカバリ」するかを測定することでフィットネス・レベルを評価します。
1. ワークアウトが 終 わる前 に RECOVERY （リカバリ）ボタンを押します。
2. 1分 のカウントダウン中 、ハンド・パ ルス・センサ ー を 握ります。
3. 時間がゼロになると、リカバリ・スコアがF1からF6の 間 で 表 示 さ れ ま す（ F1 -フィットネス・レベルがかなり高い、F2 –
フィットネス・レベルがとても高い、F3 –フィット ネ ス・レ ベ ル が 高 い 、
F4 –まあまあ、F5 –フィット ネ ス・レ ベ ル が 低 い 、F6 – フィットネス・レベルがとても低い）
4. RECOVERY （リカバリ）ボタンを押して、メイン・ディスプレイに戻ります。
