Het is van essentieel belang dat u uw doelhartslag precies bepaalt, om op een veilige, duurzame en aangename manier
uw fitness te verbeteren.
De volgende tabel kan ter oriëntatie worden gebruikt om uw optimale trainingslevel te bepalen. Deze tabel is gebaseerd
op uw maximale hartslag.
