ΟΡΟΙ ΕΓΓΥΗΣΗΣ
Οι παρακάτω όροι εγγύηση ισχύουν όνο στη χώρα στην οποία πωλείται για
πρώτη φορά το προϊόν σε έναν καταναλωτή έσω του λιανικού επορίου.
1. Η εγγύηση καλύπτει όλα τα σφάλατα κατασκευή και υλικού τα οποία υπήρχαν
κατά τη χρονική στιγή τη αγορά ή που προέκυψαν εντό δύο (2) ετών ετά
την πρώτη πώληση αυτού του προϊόντο έσω του λιανικού επορίου στον
καταναλωτή (εγγύηση κατασκευαστή). Ελέγξτε το προϊόν αέσω ετά την αγο-
ρά ή, εάν το έχετε προηθευτεί ε ταχυδροική παραγγελία, αέσω ετά την
παραλαβή για την ακεραιότητα και για τυχόν σφάλατα κατασκευή και υλικού.
2. Εάν υπάρχουν ζηιέ, θα πρέπει να διακόψετε τη χρήση του προϊόντο. Για να
κάνετε χρήση των όρων στο πλαίσιο αυτή τη εγγύηση, θα πρέπει το προϊόν
να επιστραφεί σε πλήρη και καθαρή κατάσταση στο κατάστηα λιανική στο
οποίο έγινε η πρώτη πώληση προσκοίζοντα τη γνήσια απόδειξη αγορά
(απόδειξη ή τιολόγιο). Μην φέρνετε και ην στέλνετε το προϊόν απευθεία στον
κατασκευαστή.
3. Η εγγύηση δεν καλύπτει ζηιέ που προκύπτουν από εσφαλένη χρήση, εξωτε-
ρικέ επιδράσει (πληύρα, πυρκαγιά, ατυχήατα ή παρόοιε καταστάσει),
φυσιολογική φθορά ή από εταχείριση ή χρήση που δεν συορφώνεται ε τι
υποδείξει αυτών των οδηγιών χρήση. Η εγγύηση ισχύει όνο εάν οι επισκευέ
ή οι τροποποιήσει διεξάγονται αποκλειστικά από άτοα ε σχετική εξουσιοδό-
τηση και εάν χρησιοποιούνται πάντα γνήσια εξαρτήατα και αξεσουάρ.
4. Με αυτήν την εγγύηση δεν επηρεάζονται ούτε τα δικαιώατα του καταναλωτή
ούτε τα δικαιώατα έναντι του πωλητή λόγω η συόρφωση του προϊόντο.
5. Όλα τα υφάσατα τη εταιρεία πληρούν υψηλέ απαιτήσει όσον αφορά τη
σταθερότητα των χρωάτων. στόσο, τα υφάσατα ξεθωριάζουν από την
υπεριώδη ακτινοβολία. Σε αυτήν την περίπτωση δεν πρόκειται για σφάλα
υλικού, αλλά για φυσιολογική φθορά για την οποία δεν υφίσταται καία εγγύηση.
DISPOSIÇÕES DE GARANTIA
As seguintes disposições de garantia são unicamente aplicáveis no país
onde esse produto foi vendido pelo revendedor a um consumidor, pela
primeira vez.
1. A garantia inclui qualquer defeito de fabrico e de material existente na
data da compra ou que tenha ocorrido em um período de dois (2) anos
após a primeira venda desse produto pelo revendedor a um consumidor
(garantia de fabricante). Verifique o produto imediatamente após a com-
pra ou, caso tenha sido adquirido por correspondência, após a recepção,
quanto à sua integridade ou defeitos de fabrico e de material.
2. Em caso de danos, pare de usar o produto. Para obter qualquer serviço
no âmbito da garantia, o produto tem que ser enviado em estado limpo
e completo ao revendedor que o vendeu pela primeira vez, anexando
ainda um comprovativo original da compra (recibo de compra ou fatura).
Não entregue ou envie o produto diretamente ao fabricante!
3. A garantia não cobre danos que tenham sido provocados pelo uso
incorreto, por influências externas (água, fogo, acidentes, entre outros),
pelo desgaste natural ou por um uso contrário ao que consta nas
instruções desse manual de uso. A garantia será unicamente aplicada
se os reparos ou alterações tiverem sido exclusivamente realizados por
pessoas autorizadas para o efeito e se somente tiverem sido usados
componentes e acessórios originais.
4. Essa garantia não afeta os direitos do consumidor nem os direitos
existentes contra o vendedor, devido à não conformidade do produto.
5. Todos os nossos materiais cumprem os mais elevados requisitos
relativamente à resistência da cor. Porém, os materiais desbotam
devido à radiação ultravioleta. Nesse caso, não se trata de um defeito
do material, mas de sinais normais de desgaste para os quais não se
pode assumir uma garantia.
