Tips til at skumme mælk
zI princippet kan man skumme al
slags mælk (også soja- og rismælk).
Resultatet er dog bedre ved nogle
mælkesorter end ved andre.
zSkummetmælk brænder ikke så let
på som sødmælk, men fedtindhol-
det må dog ikke være for lavt. Vi
anbefaler en mælk med et fedtind-
hold på 1,5 til 3,5 %.
zGodt afkølet mælk er bedre at
skumme end mindre afkølet mælk.
Anbefalet temperatur: ca. 7 °C.
zSkum ikke mælk to gange (fare for
at brænde på).
zLad den skummede mælk stå i ca.
30 sekunder, inden skummet tilsæt-
tes espressoen. I dette tidsrum rev-
ner større bobler og stadig flydende
mælk synker nedad. På den måde
bliver skummet endnu finere.

kan blive forbrændt. Især
metaldelene forbliver var-
me længe. Vent med ren-
gøringen til maskinen er
kølet af.

kortslutning. Maskinen må
aldrig nedsænkes i vand
eller andre væsker. Sørg
for at der ikke kommer
vand eller andre væsker
ind i maskinen.
Usagkyndig omgang med
espressomaskinen kan
medføre beskadigelser.
Brug ikke aggressive ren-
gøringsmidler, og ingen
skarpe eller metalliske ren-
gøringsgenstande, som
kniv, hård spartel og lig-
nende. Disse kan beskadi-
ge overfladen.
1. Træk stikket ud af stikkontakten.
2. Lad espressomaskinen køle af.
Rengøring af brygge-si
XTøm den anvendte brygge-si 19/20
efter hver brug, og skyl den grun-
digt med vand inden den fyldes på
ny.
Daglig rengøring
1. Rengør brygge-sien og si-holderen
18 grundigt med opvaskevand og
skyl derefter alle dele med rin-
dende vand.
2. Hvis hullerne i sien er tilstoppede,
rengøres den med en fin børste.
3. Tøm drypbakken 7, skyl den af og
lad den tørre.
