Pannenkoek met spinazie, ham en kaas
Ingrediënten voor 4 porties:
z 100 g tarwemeel
z 4 eieren
z 30 g boter, gesmolten
z 1 snuifje zout
z 6 EL melk
z 1 teentje knoflook
z een beetje sojasaus
z 300 g verse spinazie
z een beetje sherry
z 4 schijven gekookte ham, in blokjes
z 4 schijven kaas, in blokjes
z een beetje bakolie
1. Het meel met eieren, gesmolten
Boter, zout en melk tot een vloei-
baar deeg roeren.
2. Ongeveer 30 minuten laten
wellen, dan nog eens goed door-
roeren. Eventueel met 1-2 EL
mineraalwater verdunnen.
3. Knoflook in een beetje bakolie en
sojasaus aanbakken. Wanneer de
knoflook lichtbruin is, verse
spinazie toevoegen en een paar
maal in roeren.
4. Met een beetje sherry blussen en
circa 1 minuut in de pan laten.
5. Een klein hoopje deeg op de
bakplaat van de pannenkoeken-
maker met de deegverdeler
kringvormig verdelen.
6. Na het omkeren de gebakken,
goudbruine kant voor de helft
met uitgedrupte spinazie, ham
en kaas beleggen en naar belie-
ven opwarmen.
7. Nu de pannenkoek in vieren
vouwen en opdienen.
