CONFITURE AUX FRAISES ET AUX ORANGES

Sucre glace g 250
Acide citrique petit paquet 1

Grenadine CS 2
Lavez et broyez les fraises, les peaux d'orange devant être éliminée et la
pulpe du fruit broyée. Mélangez tous les ingrédients et versez-les dans le
bac de cuisson. Lorsque la confiture est prête au bout de 60 minutes,
vous pouvez la verser dans des pots, après les avoir bien lavés.

Racine de gingembre g 20
Sucre glace g 250
Cannelle CC 1
Laver la rhubarbe et la découper en petits morceaux. Mélangez-la à la
cannelle et au sucre glace; ce mélange devra reposer environ 15 mn.
Pelez le gingembre et coupez-le en bâtonnets minces. Le verser dans le
bac de cuisson après l'avoir mélangé à la purée de rhubarbe et de sucre.
