• 1/2 KG AARDAPPELEN • PEPER • ZOUT • PROVENÇAALSE KRUIDEN • PAPRIKAPOEDER • OLIJFOLIE
Bereiding :
1. Schil 1/2 kg aardappelen en snij ze in blokjes van ongeveer 1 cm dik.
2. Verwarm de friteuse voor op 180˚.
3. Doe de blokjes in een kom en voeg een eetlepel olijfolie toe. Vermeng de olie goed met de blokjes.
Kruid het geheel af met peper, zout, paprikapoeder en de provençaalse kruiden.
4. Bak de blokjes gedurende 18 minuten, op 180˚.
Schud elke 5 minuten de blokjes door mekaar, zodat ze gelijkmatig gebakken worden.
• 1/2 KG DE POMMES DE TERRE • POIVRE • SEL • MÉLANGE D’ÉPICES PROVENÇALES • POUDRE DE PAPRIKA
• HUILE D’OLIVE
Préparation :
1. Épluchez 1/2 kg de pommes de terre, puis coupez-les en dés d’environ 1 cm d’épaisseur.
2. Faites préchauer la friteuse à 180°C.
3. Placez les dés dans un récipient, puis ajoutez une c. à soupe d’huile. Mélangez bien l’huile avec les dés.
Assaisonnez le tout avec le poivre, le sel, la poudre de paprika et le mélange d’épices provençales.
4. Faites cuire les dés pendant 18 minutes à 180°C.
Secouez les dés toutes les 5 minutes pour une cuisson uniforme.

Zubereitung:
1. Schälen Sie 1/2 kg Kartoeln und schneiden Sie diese in Würfel einer Stärke von etwa 1 cm.
2. Heizen Sie die Fritteuse auf 180°C vor.
3. Geben Sie die Würfel in eine Schüssel und geben Sie einen Esslöel Olivenöl hinzu. Mischen Sie das Öl gut
mit den Würfeln. Würzen Sie alles mit Pfeer, Salz, Paprikapulver und den provenzalischen Kräutern.
4. Frittieren Sie die Würfel für 18 Minuten bei 180°C.
Schütteln Sie die Würfel alle 5 Minuten durch, sodass sie gleichmäßig frittiert werden.
