Since your manual was printed some additional picture-in-picture channel preview options
have been added. These options are available when you are view programme information - as
described on page 14. They are not available while a recording is in progress as the second
tuner is required to provide the picture-in-picture channel preview.
Viewing picture-in-picture
Press the Info button to bring up the info
bar on screen showing information on the
current and next programme playing on the
current channel.
You can then browse to see what is showing
on other channels using the
and buttons
– programme information and after a short
delay, a small angled picture-in-picture preview
will be displayed.
The info bar will remain on screen while browsing and disappear after a few seconds of
inactivity - or you can choose to tune in to the programme shown by pressing the OK button.
Viewing additional picture-in-picture options
While viewing the info bar as described above you can choose to keep a small preview picture
of any channel on screen and decide its position on screen as follows:
Press the
button, the
preview will flatten and ‘stick’
to the bottom left corner
of the screen. Press the
button and repeat to change
the position of the preview to
another corner of the screen
or return to the full info bar
display.
While the preview is in a
corner of the screen it will
remain in place until you
change channel or press one
of the following buttons:
OK
tune in to the programme shown in the preview window
Exitremove the picture-in-picture preview from the screen
