A. Houd de START/STOP knop 2 seconden ingedrukt.
B. Met behulp van de de ? of ? knop kunt u één van de Heart Rate
Control programma’s 11 of 12 selecteren.
C. Druk vervolgens op de ENTER knop om de trainingstijd in te gaan
stellen.
D. Met behulp van de ? of ? knop kunt u de trainingstijd instellen.
E. Herhaal stap C en D om uw leeftijd (AGE) in te stellen.
F. Nadat u alles heeft ingesteld, kunt u op de START knop drukken om
te beginnen met trainen.
OPMERKINGEN:
Indien u de STOP knop langer dan 256 seconden ingedrukt houdt, zal
de computer naar de HALT mode gaan en zullen alle schermen
automatisch worden uitgeschakeld.
Nadat er een signaal wordt ontvangen, zullen alle functie gegevens op
het scherm worden weergegeven.
1. De polsslag zal worden weergegeven, nadat de computer 4 stabiele
signalen ontvangen heeft, en worden vernieuwd na iedere 2
signalen.
2. Elk polsslag signaal zal worden weergegeven met het ? symbool.
3. Indien er gedurende 8 seconden geen signaal wordt ontvangen, zal
de computer stoppen met het detecteren van de polsslag signalen.
Dit is een energiebesparende functie; u kunt op de START knop
drukken om de polsslagmeting te hervatten.

    I changed the batteries.
